Presents very well. Upon closer inspection sheet is wrapped around and taped to board support resulting in creases at the left and right extreme edges; small subsequent tears and holes at each edge, possibly due to being folded around board support. Negligible handling dents. Some very faint stains to upper region. Very minor, less than 1/4 inch, vertical tear at lower left beneath signature. Crease along upper extreme edge, most visible at the upper right. Framed under acrylic. Framed Dimensions 16.5 X 19 Inches
