- A sacred moment transformed into a striking pop art icon. - Warhol adapts Leonardo da Vinci's famous Renaissance painting (Uffizi, Florence) into the visual language of pop art. - Privately owned for 40 years. - One copy of this series is part of the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art, New York.
