Overall very good condition. An approximate 6 inch long scratch with retouching along top of the door frames going across center of the image. A few scattered areas of retouching among other areas of the image. Small pin sized indentation near the signature. A few faint soft and minor hard creasing in the image visible in raking light. Sheet is hinged along upper edge to a window mat and framed under glass measuring 16 x 20 inches.
