• Wonderful and detailed depiction of a typical Bavarian interior.
• Hugo Kaufmann shows one of his characteristic heads in a typical brownish and harmonious tone.
• In 1871, Kaufmann moved to Munich, while Prien am Chiemsee became his primary source of artistic inspiration.
