• Large-size piece from the important cycle “Menschen und Tiere nach der Öffnung” (People and Animals after the Opening).
• In this work, Penck tries out technical innovations: reworking silkscreens results in variations on different basic motifs.
• Penck's symbolic pictorial language unfold a striking effect in the reduced color scheme.
• Since 1972, Penck participated in the documenta several times, in 1984 at the Venice Biennale, in 1988 he received a professorship at the Academy of Fine Arts in Düsseldorf.

In good condition, in strong colors. With barely visible scuff marks in the lower right area. The condition report was compiled in daylight with the help of a UV light source and to the best of our knowledge and belief.
